How we handle your information

What we collect. When you request an estimate or a quote check, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number and/or email, city and street address, project details, and any photos you attach.

Why we collect it. To respond to your request, produce estimates, match your project with one vetted contractor, and follow up about your project. With your checkbox consent, we may contact you by text, phone, or email — reply STOP or tell us once, and we stop.

Who sees it. Your details are shared only with the single contractor assigned to your job, and if a realtor referred you, we confirm to them that their referral was received and its general status. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers or lead marketplaces.

Where it lives. Data is stored securely with our cloud infrastructure providers. Photos and project details are retained so we can service your project and reasonable follow-ups, and deleted on request.

Your rights.Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA), you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use any contact method on this site and we'll act promptly.
